We also provide you with simple workable suggestions that help you with your studies, interpersonal skills and career choices. Education is dependent on academics but Careers are dependent on academics, style of working, interpersonal skills and various other factors. Class 9 is the time that you start thinking a little about your future as you have to decide on some electives. And you actually want to know a bit about the different types of work you can do. You can know of many different career choices available to you from our ‘Career Library’. As you know about different career choices it becomes easier for you to understand your subject choices. You enter Class 10 with clarity in your mind and choose your subjects with a specific goal in mind.

The personalised report helps you to understand your strengths as well as improve further through development plans. Our expert counsellors are there to guide you to shortlist career options and make a career plan accordingly.
There are many wonderful career opportunities available today which were not available a decade ago. We help you to understand the different opportunities and how suited they are to you.

We share your personalised Psychometric Report – Career Identification Report – with you after the Psychometric Test. This is followed by counselling sessions with our expert Counsellors who guide you to shortlist career options and make a career plan. As we discuss the report with you, focussing on various parameters like style, personality, interest, aptitude etc. we discuss your development plan too. We focus on the top three careers best suited to you and help you plan your future studies.

Once you have created your Career Way account, you can log into your student dashboard. Here, you will find the section called ‘Career Library’. Once you open this section, you will see many different careers listed here. You can click on any of those careers to understand the various aspects of that particular career. We help you to understand the day-to-day life that you would have if you choose to go for this career as well as opportunities in that particular field.
